Sleek and stylish apartment complete with grand terrace!


Our charming Dalton’s Penthouse apartment is a recently renovated and newly furnished one bedroom apartment in the Eixample, the most modern neighborhood of Barcelona. This Barcelona center apartment is fully equipped for four people. The bedroom is spacious and has a generous double wardrobe, 2 queen sized single beds, bedside drawers and lamps. A second couple can be accommodated on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room, which is decorated with crisp whites and splashes of bright color. This fabulously designed apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV and CD player too. But the best part is without a doubt the large terrace with outdoor sun chairs where you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine and views over the Eixample. The apartment’s kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, refrigerator, microwave, conventional oven, electric stove top, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is also a dining table and four chairs where you can enjoy a cozy home cooked meal.


Step outside your Barcelona apartment and you are right in the midst of central Barcelona, well connected by both metro and bus networks. The closest of which being the metro stops Diagonal, Verdaguer, Sagrada Famila and Hospital de Sant Pau. In the surrounding neighborhood you can enjoy an endless choice of cafes, restaurants and tapas bars. You are also within walking distance to the famous Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, gateway to the Gothic Quarter of the city. Centrally located, you are only a few minutes walk to the major shopping districts of the city, and a short walk to Antonio Gaudi's famous masterpieces- La Pedrera and Casa Batlló. The closest, and probably most well known tourist attraction, however, is La Sagrada Familia, where there is always a lot of visitors coming to Barcelona amazed at the heights of the more than a century old architectural wonder, still under construction. From there, it is no great distance to the chic shopping centre of Barcelona. This apartment has the perfect location and since you are only a few minutes walking distance from a metro station, you can easily reach other parts of the city and famous tourist attractions in just a couple of minutes.
