The Casanovas apartment is designed for six people; one double bed, two single bed and one double sofa bed. The apartment has a living room area, complete with a table for four, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The furniture and décor has been chosen with the maximum care in the pursuit of elegance. Other amenities of this rental are: TV, DVD player, radio, towels and bed linen. This holiday apartment is located on a private compound, with its own independent entrance which allows the apartment to be more tranquil and intimate.


This self-catering rental is located in a classic Catalan neighborhood Horta-Guinardò. Set in the northeast of the city amongst the hills of Collserola, Vall d’Hebron and Riera d’Horta. Its’ privileged position has converted what was originally farmland into an expanse of high-rises in the 50s. This area enjoys a large number of green spaces such as Parc Güell, Parc del Carmel and Parc Guinardò which even has a maze completed in the 18th century with the neoclassical Parc del Laberint. It remains a peaceful residential neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. Hospital Sant Pau is one of the most relevant examples of Catalan Modernism and was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. The metro station Guinardò is right near the apartment and just a short ride or stroll will take you to the Modernist wonder, the Sagrada Familia. This rental apartment is conveniently located next to the metro stop Alfonso X (yellow line) which is the same line as a lot of very important points of interest in the city such as: Passeig de Gracia, Jaume I (cathedral and the gothic quarter) Bogatell (beaches and Olympic port).
