Centric apartment in the middle of Barcelona’s Old Town!


This luminous and comfortable Gothic Green apartment in Barcelona is located on the first floor of a typical Spanish street in the Barrio Gotico, or gothic quarter of Barcelona. The flat is incredibly spacious, and even boasts French doors leading on to a balcony. With two bedrooms, both twin rooms, and also a big double sofa bed in the sitting room it can accommodate up to six people. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, and in the living room you can enjoy a television with DVD player. In a large and modern kitchen there are a fridge and an oven, and of course all the utensils and pots you’ll need to prepare meals for six! The flat is also equipped with a safe deposit box.


The apartment is only five minutes walk from Las Ramblas and metro Liceu, as well as El Born, an area of Barcelona famous for its large variety of bars, restaurants and chic nightlife. This area of Barcelona is filled with plazas just waiting to be stumbled upon, and the apartments in Barrio Gotico are more usually of a traditional Spanish style, often with buildings dating back to the seventeenth or eighteenth century. Also of interest are the street performers and wax museum on Las Ramblas, Barcelona’s newest addition – the beach in Barceloneta, alongside the aquarium, marina and entertainment complex in Port Vell. A little further towards Plaza Cataluña, the Barcelona Cathedral over Barrio Gotico. To reach the ancient area of Barrio Gotico, it is possible to catch the Barcelona metro to Liceu or Drassanes and walk, or to the stops Urquinaona, or Jaume I, which will take you to the heart of the district.
